To register, select the desired class, fill in all form fields,
then click "Submit Form." * = Required Field

Cancellation and Payment Policy

  • Should the Customer cancel enrollment in this class with more than twenty-eight (28) calendar days before the start day of the class, the Customer may be responsible for paying up to 25% of the stated price.
  • Should the Customer cancel enrollment in this class with twenty-two through twenty-eight (22-28) calendar days of the start day of the class, the Customer may be responsible for paying up to 50% of the stated price.
  • Should the Customer cancel enrollment in this class with fifteen through twenty-one (15-21) calendar days of the start day of the class, the Customer may be responsible for paying up to 75% of the stated price. 
  • Should the Customer cancel enrollment in this class with fourteen or fewer (0-14) calendar days of the start day of the class, the Customer may be responsible for paying up to 100% of the stated price. 
  • SUMMIT will invoice the Customer on the first day of each class. The Customer agrees to pay SUMMIT within thirty (30) days of receipt of each such invoice. Should re-invoicing become necessary, a fee of 5% of the current total will be charged. Re-invoicing may occur at each 30-day period.
